- Art is heArt -

I strive to use art to explore and depict the fluidity of 'form'. It is not an act of describing a subject limited by form but rather an act of conversation with the subject and the material, the material in front of me speaking to me and my brush responding to it. Birds soar in the sky as the wind blows, flowers bloom without thinking, and then wither again. The process of making my art is similar to this statement. The human body, nature, and light are all sources of inspiration for my work. My artwork expresses the transformation of form as it is freed from all the ties of this world.Central to my work is the presence of light, which functions as both a literal and figurative sign. Through subtle illumination, narratives of hope and despair, existence, and emptiness emerge vividly. This interaction is an illusory brilliance for the imperfections and vulnerabilities that define our human experience and ultimately express their essential beauty. In my work, I aim to evoke reflection as well as visual engagement. By challenging conventional perceptions of form and engaging in a dialogue between the visible and the invisible, I aim to inspire a deeper understanding of the transient and shifting nature of life.
